  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Standard delivery time is 7-10 working days once dispatched via courier.

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds & No Returns:

  • All bulk orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed and processed.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If an order arrives damaged or with defects, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • We will assess the issue and, if valid, provide a resolution in the form of a replacement at our discretion.
